Mehrdad has more than seven years of experience in modelling and managing renewable and sustainable energy systems and battery units.
His key focus is to evaluate and forecast the revenue stream and long-term optimal performance for renewable generation and battery operators to more efficiently participate in National Energy Market (NEM) schemes, such as Frequency Control Ancillary Service (FCAS) and Fast Frequency Response (FFR).
He has been working closely with CSIRO focussing on optimal integration of electric vehicles and vehicle to grid technology into electricity distribution system. He started working with Cornwall-insight Australia after finishing his PhD at Flinders University, Adelaide, Australia.
