Emma is an Analyst in the Regulation team focusing on compliance. She is responsible for updating the Energy Supplier Compliance Portal, running bi-annual compliance webinars, as well as contributing to the weekly publications and alerts.

Emma joined the team in October 2017, having previously worked at the charity Sustrans within their Research and Monitoring Unit, supporting the evaluation of interventions to promote active travel.
