Richard is a Business Development Manager at Cornwall Insight, with experience from various business development and operations roles across SMEs in the Traffic Management, E-Commerce and Construction industries.
Richard focuses on providing real customer-led solutions utilising Cornwall Insight’s toolkit of subscriptions, commercial research, training, and consultancy to new and existing customers. He conducts regular market research and evaluates customer needs to make sure they are being met or exceeded. Richard actively seeks out new ways to help those in the market and sets up meetings with potential clients or existing customers to listen to their wishes or concerns.
Key projects and experience include: supporting the companies attainment and retention of our ISO9001 accreditation, implementation of a bespoke CRM system and moving Cornwall Insight’s training services from face-to-face to online delivery during the Covid-19 crisis.
