Andrew is a Managing Consultant focussing on energy networks, with seven years’ experience in the sector.
Andrew’s work at Cornwall Insight involves:
- Providing commercial support and advice on market entry and growth opportunities
- Advising clients on the likely impact on their businesses of key regulatory changes
- Carrying out research and analysis on trends in the industry
He has previously held roles with a distribution network operator, focussing on electricity network charging arrangements and policy developments in that area.
