Code of Practice for TPIs Energy Managers Association (EMA) Seminar 28 January 2016 Headlines The EMA’s code of practice is based around transparency of fees that TPIs charge to customers. It does not impose limits but requires compliance, reinforced by audits. The EMA will recommend its members to only do business with accredited TPIs, and its talks with other organisations suggest that not being on the code will have real financial consequences for TPIs.
