Ofgem decisionWholesale Power Market Liquidity: Decision Letter 24 January 2014 Ofgem published its decision on 24 January to implement its final policy proposals for the Secure and Promote (S&P) licence condition. It follows a statutory consultation in November last year on the required licence changes.
