Ofgem decisionCMP221 Interruption Compensation in the Absence of Market Suspension During a Partial Shutdown 12 February 2014 Ofgem issued its decision to approve this proposal on 29 January. The proposal was raised by National Grid Electricity Transmission and sought to extend the existing CUSC compensation to cover settlement periods during a Partial Shutdown but where market operations continue. It was raised as a consequence of BSC proposal P276. P276 introduced the new concept of a Partial Shutdown under which normal market operations continue to function under small, localised shutdown.
