Ofgem consultationProposals for Regulating Non-domestic Third Party Intermediaries 17 February 2014 Ofgem published its proposals for regulating non-domestic Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) on 14 February. The regulator has set out its preferred option to establish a code of practice (CoP) underpinned by a licence condition on suppliers to work only with TPIs accredited to the CoP.
