OfgemProposals for Non-domestic Automatic Roll-overs and Contract Renewals 18 February 2014 Ofgem published its proposals for non-domestic automatic roll-overs and contract renewals on 14 February. The regulator is not looking to ban automatic roll-over contracts, but is proposing to make a number of amendments to the supply licence conditions (SLCs) related to end of contract obligations on suppliers. It is looking to enable micro-business consumers to give a maximum of 30 days’ notice if they want to switch at the end of a contract.
