DECC consultationThe Future of the Energy Company Obligation 7 March 2014 DECC issued a consultation 5 March on its proposed amendments to the future of Energy Company Obligations (ECO) energy efficiency scheme.   The department is proposing to extend the scheme until 2017 with new targets for the three elements of ECO: Carbon Savings Emission Reduction Obligation (CERO); Carbon Savings Communities Obligation (CSCO); and Affordable Warmth Obligation (Home Heating Cost Reduction Target (HHCRO)).
