CMP222 was proposed by National Grid in September 2013. It seeks to introduce enduring user commitment arrangements for sites where there is an offtake from the transmission system, excluding generators for which enduring arrangements were put in place under CMP192. The proposal covers interconnectors, distribution network Grid Supply Points (GSPs), directly connected loads and pumped storage.
