DECC ConsultationChanges to the Contracts For Difference Supplier Obligation 2 October 2014 DECC issued a consultation on proposed changes to the supplier obligation for the contracts for difference (CfD) scheme being introduced as part of the Electricity Market Reforms (EMR) on 25 September.
