Ofgem draft conclusionsIntegrated Transmission Planning and Regulation (ITPR) project 14 October 2014 Ofgem issued the draft conclusions for the ITPR project on 29 September. A key feature is that it is proposing to give the System Operator (SO) a significantly greater role in planning the network, including introducing a new network options assessment (NOA) process.
