CMP239 was raised by Fred Olsen Renewables on 20 October and it seeks to introduce grandfathering arrangements into the CUSC for the small generator discount. This discount currently applies to the transmission network use of system charges paid by sub-100MW generators connected at 132kV in Scotland and in onshore waters.
