National Grid consultationOpen letter seeking views on proposals to include SBR and DSBR in cash-out 18 June 2015 National Grid issued an open letter on 15 June seeking views on its proposals to include Supplementary Balancing Reserve (SBR) and Demand Side Balancing Reserve (DSBR) in the cash-out calculation. Currently if either of these balancing services is used then the accepted action will not feed into the cash-out price.
