New ModificationP325 Improving the Accountability of BSCCo to Stakeholders and Better Aligning BSCCo Governance with Best Practice 15 September 2015 SSE raised new modification P325 on 30 July that looks to update the Balancing and Settlement Code Company’s (BSCCo) shareholding structure to bring it in line with current best practice. It aims to achieve this by extending shareholding opportunities to: Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC) funding parties; distribution network operators (DNOs); Ofgem; and new entrants.
