The modification seeks to address inefficiencies with excess credit cover under the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC). The proposed solution would remove a limitation in the calculation of Credited Assessment Energy Indebtedness for Balancing Mechanism (BM) Units registered in the Supplier Volume Allocation (SVA) arrangements.
