DECC consultationRegulatory Arrangements to Support Non-gateway Interface 23 September 2015 On 14 September DECC published a consultation on the regulatory arrangements to support circumstances where a non-Data Communications Company (DCC) user supplier becomes the supplier for a customer with a DCC enrolled smart metering system.
