DECC consultationConsultation on Reforms to the Capacity Market 22 October 2015 DECC issued a detailed consultation on 15 October on changes to the rules and regulations governing the Capacity Market (CM). It said the most significant change proposed will ensure that new build generation plant that win agreements in the CM auction face the right incentives and penalties to ensure that they deliver fully and according to their agreements.
