Ofgem decisionCMP247 TNUoS Demand Charges During the Implementation of BSC Modification P272 Following the Approval of BSC Alternative Modification P322 12 November 2015 Ofgem approved CMP247, raised by National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET), on 9 November. The modification stipulates how large non-domestic energy consumers, who are in the process of moving to half-hourly (HH) settlement as a result of P272, will be classified during the period of settlement transition.  The modification will mean that meters migrated into Measurement Classes E-G before 1 April 2015 will have the option to be treated as half hourly (HH) up to the implementation of P272 on 1 April 2017, whilst ...
