Ofgem consultationHalf hourly settlement - the way forward 22 December 2015 Ofgem issued this consultation on 17 December that addresses identifying and removing the barriers to elective half hourly settlement (HHS) for domestic and smaller-non domestic consumers. The regulator also sets out plans for the introducing of mandatory HHS in the longer term.
