OfgemPriority Services Register Review - Final Proposals 5 January 2016 Ofgem issued a consultation under the framework of its Consumer Vulnerability Strategy on 17 December, proposing changes to the way in which suppliers identify and support vulnerable customers listed on the Priority Services Register (PSR).
