Ofgem decisionProof of UK Consumption of Overseas Electricity 21 April 2016 The regulator issued its decision on proof of UK consumption of overseas electricity on 19 April following a consultation in January. It has decided to allow unconstrained implicit trading for Guarantees of Origin (GoOs) for the 2016-17 scheme year onwards. This applies for Fuel Mix Disclosures (FMD), Feed-in Tariffs (FiTs) and Contracts for Difference (CfDs).
