Ofgem decisionProof of UK Consumption of Overseas Electricity 21 April 2016 The regulator issued its decision on proof of UK consumption of overseas electricity on 19 April following a consultation in January. It has decided to allow unconstrained implicit trading for Guarantees of Origin (GoOs) for the 2016-17 scheme year onwards. This applies for Fuel Mix Disclosures (FMD), Feed-in Tariffs (FiTs) and Contracts for Difference (CfDs). The regulator said that the responses to its consultation were broadly supportive of its proposal and no evidence was presented to suggest that Ofgem should not take it forward.
