Ofgem consultationCode Governance Review (Phase 3): Final Proposals 22 April 2016 Ofgem delivered the final proposals for the third phase of its Code Governance Review (CGR) on 31 March. The regulator has been seeking to address continued concerns that code governance arrangements have not been working in the best interests of consumers. This third phase began in May 2015, and Ofgem delivered its initial proposals in October. It has since accounted for industry responses and issued final proposals.
