BSC modification - request for informationP332 Revisions to the Supplier Hub Principle 14 July 2016 This proposal was raised by SmartestEnergy in January and seeks to address issues associated with customers choosing Party Agents rather than Party Agents being appointed by suppliers as expected under the “supplier hub” principle embedded in the BSC (see Alert 16/02/16). The main proposal is to make Party Agents (Agents) signatories to the BSC, with Agents becoming directly responsible for meeting relevant BSC requirements/standards.
