Ofgem decisionDCP209 Resolving Unregistered Customers 8 September 2016 Ofgem issued the decision to approve DCP209 Resolving Unregistered Customers on 30 August. The modification will introduce a new Code of Practice (CoP) into the DCUSA for resolving unregistered consumers. It proposes new obligations for distribution network operators (DNOs) and suppliers in relation to identifying and communicating with unregistered customers. It also introduces the possibility of discontinuation of supply to unregistered consumers if they refuse to seek a supply contract.
