OfgemECO2 Consultation on Technical and Score Monitoring 19 September 2016 The regulator issued a consultation on 13 September proposing changes to the technical and score monitoring under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO2). Ofgem proposes to reduce the trigger failure rate for score monitoring from 20% to 10% and remove the requirement for score monitoring agents to have specific qualifications. Voluntary best practice monitoring would also be removed and additional assurances that suppliers have to provide when an installer is on a pathway to compliance would be specific to the pathway designation.
