Capacity MarketSelective Overcompensation in the Capacity Market 27 September 2016 BEIS issued its proposals on selective overcompensation in the Capacity Market (CM) on 26 September which sets out proposed reforms to the CM to ensure capacity providers receiving risk finance schemes are not overcompensated through the CM.
