Ofgem decisions: CMP237 Response Energy Payment for Low Fuel Cost Generation CMP243 A Fixed Response Energy Payment Option for All Generating Technologies 11 November 2016 Ofgem issued its decision to approve the original proposal for CMP237 and to reject CMP243 on 31 October. Both proposals sought to change the charging/payment arrangements for mandatory frequency response services.
