CMA: ECOES/DES Order 2016 20 December 2016 1          Assessment and recommendation The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) issued its Order on 14 December to obligate certain parties to enable price comparison websites (PCWs) to gain access to the Electricity Central Online Enquiry Services (ECOES) and Data Enquiry Services (DES).
