Headline Assessment 1 Assessment & recommendation Ofgem issued a working paper on 14 December, outlining its latest thinking on how it intends to reform the supply licence rules relating to customer communications to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose with the rapidly changing market. The current licence is very prescriptive and focused on how the regulator wants suppliers to deliver its expected outcomes to consumers.
