New BSC modification: P379 Enabling Consumers to Buy and Sell Electricity from/to Multiple Providers through Meter Splitting 15 January 2019 Headline Assessment 1 Assessment & recommendation New Anglia Energy (NEA) raised P379 on 3 January that would enable consumers to be supplied by multiple Trading Parties through BSC settlement meters at the Boundary Point. To achieve this, it proposes the creation of a new Party Agent role, the Customer Notification Agent (CNA), that would reconcile power flows through the settlement meter and enable allocation of volumes and costs.
