Headlines 1.1 New proposals, consultations and decisions No new proposals have been raised since the last register. One new consultation has been issued since the last register: A workgroup consultation for DCP283 The Calculation of Generation Credits in the CDCM closing 4 April The following consultation closes before a week next Friday (31 March): DCP289/289A Creation of Distribution Charging Methodology Development Group closing 23 March There were no decisions on modification proposals by Ofgem. Ofgem issued on 15 March supplemental modelling by consultants Frontier Economics and Lane Clark and Peacock that supports its minded-to decision for CMP264 Embedded Generation Triad Avoidance Standstill and CMP265 Gross Charging of TNUoS for HH Demand Where Embedded Generation is in the Capacity Market. It also extended the consultation close date to 18 April. DCUSA Parties voted to approve: DCP290 Housekeeping Change to Update PDCM Model Reference for implementation on 1 April 1.2 Recent and forthcoming Panel meetings The DCUSA Panel met on 15 March, papers are here. There were no new proposals considered, workgroup reports or decisions or recommendations. The Panel considered a post implementation report for P305 Electricity Balancing Significant Code Review Developments.
