Pricing In May, medium suppliers recorded the biggest price decrease in short fix tariffs, with the average cost falling by £41/year to £984/year On average, large suppliers short fix tariffs fell by £14/year to £1,039/year. This is in part due to tariffs being removed such as British Gas’s FreeTime tariffs. EDF Energy also made two large price decreases of £35/year and £56/year SaMS short fix tariffs saw an average decrease of £34/year to £958/year, with the largest fall coming from GB Energy with a £139/year decrease.
