BEIS outlines findings from DSR auctions Findings from phase 3 of the evaluation of the transitional arrangements (TA) auctions for demand-side response (DSR) were released by the department on Wednesday 8 August, showing the dominance of aggregators and industrial capacity. The second TA auction was restricted to load turn-down DSR. Aggregators contributed 82% of the capacity going forward to delivery in the second TA. Almost all of the sites participating in the second TA were industrial rather than commercial.
