Why aren’t people switching? CCWater asks the big question

The Consumer Council for Water (CCWater) has conducted a major piece of research into the switching activity – or lack of it – among customers in the non-household retail market. A year on from market opening, CCWater found that businesses still want help to understand the market and the potential benefits for them before they engage. Published on 8 May, the study looked at 72 organisations including small and medium enterprise (SMEs), large consumers and third party intermediaries (TPIs).
