Helping you make sense of the energy and water sectors

Heat network series | Heat Networks; Building a Market Framework

Heat networks are expected to play a significant role in the pathway to net zero. The market is maturing and statutory regulation will shortly be implemented. This will provide opportunities and risks for all parties involved in the sector.

Together, Cornwall Insight, regulatory experts here to support you and your customers in understanding the impact of these changes, and the Heat Trust, an independent, non-profit consumer champion for heat networks that holds the industry to account, will help you understand how the introduction of statutory regulation will impact the sector and the experiences of customers.

In the first of a monthly series of free webinars, we'll cover an introduction to heat networks, its role in a net zero world, heating technologies and the current barriers and policy frameworks. We also summarise the heat network deployment and look at the heat network roles in market forecasts by CCC, National Grid, ENA, ESC and BEIS.
