Helping you make sense of the energy and water sectors

Large energy users and net zero – a water sector perspective

Price - £99(+VAT)

In this webinar, Cornwall Insight experts will discuss the business transition to net zero from a water sector perspective. The UK water sector has a target to achieve net zero emissions by 2030, and the plans and activities water companies undertake in this space to decarbonise their operations can only be achieved with new innovations and radical change.

The first part of the session will focus on water sector policy and regulation. We will discuss what is driving the net zero target, the regulatory landscape and the sector’s recent focus on fostering efficiencies through innovation. In the second part of the session, we will focus on the business transition, looking at sustainability initiatives, low carbon infrastructure deployment strategies, and business efficiencies.
