Helping you make sense of the energy and water sectors

The UK water sector response to COVID-19 crisis

Free | 10am - 11am

The UK water sector, like all sectors in the economy, has been greatly impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.

In this free webinar, we will discuss the responses of all the major players in the sector to the crisis. In England and Wales, regulator Ofwat and market operator MOSL have both reacted swiftly to protect the market. Water wholesalers and retailers have sought to offer support to households and businesses, while also supporting key workers during the crisis. The Scottish and Irish regulators have also acted to support their respective markets.

The crisis is likely to have long-lasting impacts on the sector. We will assess what these may be, and how they will likely compare to the impacts on the likes of the energy sector.

Designed for:

Water wholesalers and retailers
Water sector stakeholders or large end-user consumers
Those curious about the sector and its response to the COVID-19 crisis
