Reporting into our New Customer Team you will drive new commercial value from our customers new to the Company and selected existing customers.  You will focus on targets across the whole value chain and deliver real customer led solutions.

The Position:

We are looking for a New Customer Executive. In addition to a competitive salary, our standard benefits include:

Requirements:

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the growth of the preeminent energy sector consulting, subscription research, training, and analytical company in GB market. Cornwall Insight has a long history of delivering value-adding solutions to customers, and a desire to broaden the community of customers that we serve.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with New Customers at service user, influencer, and decision maker level so we understand how to respond to changing needs
  • Execute new customer growth strategies across all sectors and market segments in GB
  • Deliver targeted financial growth and new customer volumes associated with this activity
  • Work with the Marketing Team and lead on maximising reach and use of channels to achieve targets and support campaigns and customer relationship activity/lead follow up
  • Transition newly acquired customers over to our market intelligence teams for ongoing support, attention, and delivery

The Location: 

The location of the role is flexible with options including Norwich, London and agile working.
