We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Growth Coordinator

The role of the Customer Growth Coordinator is to support the company’s ongoing commercial growth by developing and maintaining customer relationships and maximizing the value of our accounts, as well as supporting cross selling activities between subscriptions, consulting and training. The Customer Growth Coordinator is expected to support the smooth operation of all areas of the business.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Responsible for managing web, email and phone-based enquiries and bookings relating to training, renewals and new business;
  • Maintain accurate records of course attendees, feedback, statistics and financials;
  • Work to ensure the renewal cycle is successfully operationalized for customer subscriptions outside or the key account management process, including implementing price rises, securing upsell and promoting cross-sell.
  • Seek to upsell through actively managing sales campaigns and cross-sell between our 3 service divisions: consultancy, training, and subscriptions, in particular between consulting and training into subscriptions.
  • Client account management across the subscription portfolio customers including customer queries and trials
  • Client meeting support
  • Continually striving to drive business and increase customer interaction.
  • Supporting the Customer Growth Team Lead in producing accurate and timely management information.
  • Independently build acquisition leads using contacts, web, social media
  • Assist with the development of the CRM project
