Cornwall Insight is a leader in research, analysis, consulting, and training in the energy markets, and we are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team based in Norwich.

The position:

The role will be for 30 hours a week. The Marketing Assistant is part of the marketing team and supports the Cornwall Insight Group in GB, Ireland, and Australia. This role focuses on supporting the team with day-to-day marketing tasks and activities.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Marketing Manager and Go-to-Market team with day-to-day marketing tasks and activities as requested.
  • Liaising with the Go-to-Market team and MI teams to source new content for the website and social media.
  • Creating adverts in Adobe InDesign for internal and external use.
  • Updating the monthly marketing report using Google Analytics.
  • Keeping the Group website up to date with the latest content, products, and services.
  • The creation and implementation of email campaigns to help generate new leads.
  • Posting on all social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube) to drive engagement and generate new leads.
    Assisting with the production of artwork, sourcing images, liaising with print suppliers and creative agencies, and proofing copy.
  • Undertaking market research for events, as well as assisting with the organisation, management, and evaluation of internal and external events.
  • Liaising with the Go-to-Market team and MI teams to ascertain the current product focus for monthly marketing campaigns.
  • Managing the marketing administration, for example, monitoring marketing material for reordering purposes.
  • Organising the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise.
