Office Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Assistant.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic team player, who is highly organised and has a positive can-do attitude. Attention to detail, outstanding communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential. Experience in a similar role or providing administrative support isn’t essential but would be helpful.

This role will be responsible for taking a proactive approach to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the office. You will be a friendly face across the whole organisation as well as being the first point of contact for visitors and guests.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls and redirecting them to the relevant person/department
  • Monitoring the ‘Admin’ inbox, dealing with queries where possible, or redirecting to the relevant person
  • Monitoring and maintaining all office and kitchen supplies
  • Introduce a company process to effectively manage all office supplies
  • Collecting and posting all correspondence daily and maintain the mail correspondence log
  • Greeting all visitors in to the offices and marking them in the visitor’s log book
  • Organising any lunch requirements for client or internal meetings
  • Support the Executive Assistant / Designate Company Secretary with booking travel and diary management
  • Assist with the recording and archiving of all company documentation
  • Assist the HR Officer with HR administrative duties as and when required
  • Upholding the general standards of the office
  • Taking out the office recycling
  • Any ad hoc administrative duties as and when required
