Pubudu is a Graduate Power Systems Engineer at Cornwall Insight Australia. He is a fresh graduate from Monash University and holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering degree.

Before joining Cornwall Insight, he interned at Spring Power Solution in Melbourne and Lanka Electricity Corporation in Sri Lanka. These internships taught him about the national energy market and high-voltage systems.

Since starting at Cornwall Insight, Pubudu has worked with the power modelling team to calculate and analyse the marginal loss factors of generators and generator curtailment in the NEM. In the future, he is expected to work on dispatch and generation mix modelling using PLEXOS and other optimisation-based models.
