Key projects and experience: evaluation of new emerging (and re-emerging) technology implementation, including fast start gas generation battery storage and pumped storage assets in addition to renewable energy projects, evaluating routes to market, developing robust revenue and financial models, analysing policy and regulatory frameworks to inform retail and generator market entry strategy, review and recommend changes to government subsidy programs.

Ben’s experience working on projects with clients across market sectors, both domestically and internationally, gives him a unique insight into project risks and opportunities as well as policy direction and outcomes. Working with both generators and investors on business cases and revenue strategies, Ben assisted in bringing innovative products, services and technologies to market. His commitment to developing actionable and practicable recommendations for his clients allows them to make better decisions and deliver more efficient outcomes.
