Eoin is a Senior Consulting Analyst on the Cornwall Insight Ireland Team. He previously worked for the Geoscience Policy Division (GSPD) within the Irish Government on policy consultation, particularly in aspects of the Climate Action Plan target for Energy and Transport. Eoin also has an academic and research background in energy with an MSc. and PhD from University College Dublin.

Eoin specialises in renewable energy technology and the intersection of sustainability, earth sciences and policy. He assists the Consultancy Team in Ireland across the spectrum of projects, including decarbonisation of transport, datacentres, renewable energy subsidy schemes, and training activities.
