Hannah has recently joined Cornwall Insight starting in January 2023, having previously worked for her last employer for 11 years. She has 17 years of experience in customer-facing roles beginning in a retail environment and working her way through various positions until she took on a management role where she found her passion for the people profession in 2019. She has worked to complete her CIPD Level 3 qualification and is currently waiting to receive her results.
