Nick is CFO of Cornwall Insight.  His experience includes senior executive roles in growth businesses, implementation of successful organic and acquisitive growth strategies, and execution of  M&A and financing transactions in private and public markets as both an executive and advisor to boards and management teams.

Nick completed his training as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in the UK, specializing in financial due diligence. Subsequently he specialized in M&A with Arrowpoint Advisory, part of Rothschild & Co, and W.H. Ireland acting for boards, management teams, and private equity investors in over 30 transactions valued at £2.7 billion in aggregate.  As CFO of Dovetail Games, a computer game developer, Nick was part of the executive team delivering consistent organic growth and the successful sale of the company to Focus Entertainment, a leading European computer games publisher.
