Ratnottama is a Senior Consultant with Cornwall Insight Ireland’s consulting team. Her key areas of expertise include policy and regulatory interventions and analysis, market entry strategy and building business models.

Some of the significant work she has done are on projects related to Irish market entry, understanding the implications of EU’s Clean Energy Package, Grid Integration of Renewable Energy, creating a framework for Ancillary Services and related markets, building framework for larger balancing areas, building policy and legal frameworks leading to higher deployment of Renewable Energy, specifically solar, building business models for green field on-shore wind projects and market entry strategy for Waste-to-Energy plants.

Ratnottama joined Cornwall Insight in August 2020. She is an Economist by training and has previous experience with Goldman Sachs, AF Mercados and KPMG
