Sarah joined Cornwall Insight in April 2021 as the People and Talent Advisor. Sarah is the first point of call for People related queries, and supports our employees through onboarding, managing employee benefits, preparing contracts and policies, and supporting with payroll.

Sarah has over 10 years’ experience working in customer focused roles in the retail sector, including working in a leadership role, during which she developed a passion for supporting people in the workplace. Sarah went on to pursue this further by changing her career path to Human Resources in 2020 and is currently studying towards a level 3 Apprenticeship in Human Resource.
